We recognise that educators need a more innovative toolkit to facilitate learning that is both relevant and resilient to the world we live in. This practitioner training offers you the knowledge, skills and practices to embed the nine Triple WellBeing® competencies into your life and learning context, helping to create healthier learning communities by focusing on Self-Care, People-Care and Earth-Care.
This programme is for educators wishing to nurture healthier learning communities by drawing on tools and practices to strengthen relationships with ourselves, each other and the rest of the natural world.
This personal and professional training draws upon depth-research and practice in holistic wellbeing; sharing simple, powerful tools, approaches and resources for educators to help strengthen personal, social and environmental wellbeing; what we call Triple WellBeing.
Using the Triple WellBeing® framework as our guide, we invite you to join the practitioner network and explore how to deepen and strengthen the nine wellbeing competences in your life and learning community. You will be issued a practitioner toolkit including a card deck containing short activities to bring the wellbeing competencies into the classroom space, alongside a bank of wider learning resources and curriculum.
Using a systems-thinking approach, we weave the neuroscience of wellbeing together with natural system dynamics, sharing tools to support practices for self-care, people-care and earth-care on a daily basis.
In this programme we will:
Explore and understand the Triple WellBeing model as a response to our nested crises of personal, social and environmental ill-health
Deepen our understanding and practice of the nine core wellbeing competencies
Engage with cutting-edge neuroscience and natural system dynamics to better understand how to allow and enable healthy, flourishing environments
Develop skills, resources and activities to embed Triple WellBeing competencies into curriculum design, teaching methodologies and facilitation spaces
Gain techniques to better understand and respond to the social and emotional development needs of ourselves and young people
*This training includes a comprehensive practitioner toolkit, plus classroom learning resources. You will be given membership to the Practitioner community within the Triple WellBeing Hub - an online platform designed for sharing, learning and connecting with our global educator community.
