Rachel Musson - FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF LEARNING

After thirteen years as a Secondary English teacher, Rachel left the formal profession to spend time exploring and researching regenerative education in schools, living and working across the global North and South, engaging in a wide range of action-research in schools alongside self-directed study. Alongside her university degrees, she has an accreditation in Eco-Psychology, a Fellowship from the RSA and is a Fellow of The Bioleadership Programme.

Rachel founded ThoughtBox Education – a social enterprise – in 2015, to support schools with learning programmes to enable the knowledge, skills and practices needed to create and sustain a thriving world. Rachel is currently hosting professional development and delivering keynote speeches on Triple WellBeing and transformative education at international conferences and working alongside global industry leaders and education leads on systems-change in education.

When not working, Rachel can usually be found wandering on Dartmoor, swimming in the sea, meandering up a mountain or outside having adventures somewhere.
